We have organic cottons from Michael Miller, which have not been treated at all. Shrinkage can be as much as 10%.

We also carry Marcus Fabric's Oasis Canvas. It is 100% organic cotton and dyed with eco-friendly dyes-- the dyestuff is free of toxins; dying methods use minimal amounts of energy & resources; workers are provided with safe work areas & fair wages; and process waste is disposed of safely.

Organic cotton is cultivated in field free of pesticides or chemical fertilizers. To be "certified organic", the plants must have been grown in a field that has been chemical-free for three previous years.
