Materials Needed:

| Step 1:
Cut two pieces of fabric 9" x 8 3/4". |

| Step 2:
Lay fabric down with right sides facing you and ensure that fabric design is facing the correct direction. Then turn fabric so the wrong side is facing you. Adhere 3/8" Thermoweb to the left side of one piece and the right side of the other piece. Remove the paper backing and turn fabric and press to create a hem. |

| Step 3:
Place 3/8" SuperTape on the hem of the fabric hemmed on the right side. Remove the paper backing. |

| Step 4:
Turn fabric right side up and press taped hem to front of photo album, aligning it to the binding cover. Do not turn down the edges yet. |

| Step 5:
Pulling the fabric back from the album, spray the album cover with the temporary spray adhesive. Smooth the fabric with your hand and reposition the fabric if necessary to remove wrinkles. |

| Step 6:
Open front album cover and glue down raw edges with craft glue. Once the top and bottom are glued, you can press down the taped hem. Work fabric around the corners by folding and glueing twice. |

| Step 7:
Cut your oak tag paper into two pieces 7" x 5 5/8". Oak tag is the heavy stock that manilla file folders are made out of, so you can just cut one up. Any heavy scrapbooking paper would be awesome here as well. |

| Step 8:
Glue the oak tag to the inside album cover with craft glue. |

| Step 9:
Repeat steps 3 through 8 for the back of the photo album. |
