| Just when I thought there were no more uses for you cover buttons, voila! | ||||||
For this project you will need:
|
||||||

Trace around the template on the back of the you cover button kit and cut out your fabric.

Place the fabric and button top in the holder, as instructed on the button package.

Place the back of the button on the top and using a wooden mallet, hammer the pusher to snap the back into place. (I wasn't able to push the back on with my hands using the heavier material.)

This is the knob I found at my local Lowe's. I liked the size and the fact that the top was concave-- gives me lots of surface area for glue. A rounded knob won't work as the button rocks around on the top and will fall off.

I applied a massive amount of hot glue to the back of the button and then pressed the knob onto the button. Let cool.

Install the knobs on your drawers and admire your fine effort.
