| Jessica Jones had the original idea for fabric-covered thumbtacks. (See blog tutorial here). They are so cute, we couldn't help but expand on the theme to fabric-covered magnets! |
 |
- Put your button together according to the package instructions and hot glue gun a magnet to the back.
- I used 2 sizes of You Cover Buttons for these magnets: Size 36 (7/8"), 45 (1 1/8"). The magnet will not fit on anything smaller than a 36, but you can go bigger.
- I literally used fabric scraps. I love the way the fabric changes on such a small surface- sometimes the bigger prints became the most interesting.
- If you use the Flat back You Cover Buttons, you don't have to remove the wire-eye back.
